Arnold Street Media, Inc. is a Digital Marketing & Creative Agency in Toronto. We specialize in establishing brand identity crafted through in-depth digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, digital advertising, and customized creative content.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager comfortable working on various types of digital marketing & creative projects! If you thrive in a fast-paced agency setting, are a super-organized multi-tasker and love building relationships, you’ll be perfect for this role. This is currently a WFH position, though likely to convert to a hybrid model in the upcoming months. Applicant must be able to work from our office in Toronto. This role reports directly to the Digital Accounts Director.

The Role:

• Work closely with the Digital Account Director, to plan implement and manage projects from inception to delivery— digital/social/creative
• Create processes, tasks and workflows on
• Work with our team of content creators/digital marketers to deliver results that achieve client goals
• Serve as a project coordinator on several projects at one time, maintaining overall responsibility for the finished product/service
• Manage the development of detailed campaign and project plans to prepare submissions for regulatory review
• Have a creative eye for design and provide feedback to the internal team
• Draft project briefs and proposals
• Act as liaison between internal team and Digital Account Director
• Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns and projects
• Preparation of monthly analytics/reports for client review
• Create project briefs, updates and notes on current team/client meetings and pitches


• Approximately 2 to 3years of related industry experience, including agency
• Extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising, with emphasis on SEM, SEO, SMM, digital strategy, social media and web design
• Client service orientation with strong relationship-building skills
• Proven organizational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Evidenced ability to manage projects independently to successful and collaborative completion
• Understanding of the basics of client marketing strategy to keep deliverables aligned
• High level of accountability and ownership of action for the project/cross-functional team
• Ability to delegate and provide direction to others on the team
• Demonstrated multitasking and problem-solving skills in addition to the ability to work in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, specifically with team members across multiple locations
• Understanding of web development process, digital advertising and social media
• Ability to pick things up quickly
• Capacity to prepare and understand analytical reports related to projects
• Ability to manage 5-10 clients at one time
• A strategic thinker with the ability to plan out a project quickly

Salary: 45k-55k (depending on experience)
