As part of the support team at Bleech, you will be the first point of contact for our support customers and represent our company. You will handle support requests, understand customer needs and collaborate closely with our developers to develop technical solutions.

• You handle support requests, analyze customer requirements, and coordinate with them

Requirements:

• You possess basic knowledge of WordPress and the architecture and functionality of websites
• HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript are not foreign words to you
• You are a communication and organization talent who enjoys customer contact
• You can deliver top-notch customer service through empathy, creative thinking, and proactive action
• You have the ability to think outside the box and empathize with customer needs
• You see yourself as a team player and support your team to achieve common goals
• You are interested in emerging technologies, particularly AI, and their potential impact on web development
• You have strong written German and English skills to clearly articulate ideas, document requirements and collaborate effectively
