As a HubSpot Expert at SAGE Marketing, you will lead our clients in the implementation, optimization, and management of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. Your responsibilities include developing and executing marketing and sales processes, setting up software systems, and integrating tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Zapier, and more. You will also be client-facing, leading internal meetings, providing ongoing client support, and documenting procedures. This role combines technical expertise with client relationship management to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for HubSpot projects and client support
• Build strong client relationships and customize solutions to meet their business needs
• Lead HubSpot onboarding and ensure successful implementation
• Automate and optimize processes across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
• Configure workflows, custom fields, and data processes
• Create reports, dashboards, and data monitoring systems
• Provide training sessions on HubSpot functionalities, best practices, and usage tips
• Offer ongoing client support, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and helping optimize HubSpot usage
• Support third-party tool integrations and data migrations
• Manage project plans to ensure timely delivery
• Identify upselling opportunities and offer ongoing optimization recommendations
• Stay current on HubSpot updates and share insights with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and HubSpot employees to deliver successful projects

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with HubSpot implementation and CRM management
• Strong project management, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot ecosystem
• Experience with marketing and sales funnels and Lifecycle management
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
• A proactive approach to process improvement
• Client-facing experience managing projects, expectations, and outcomes for multiple clients simultaneously
• HubSpot Certifications – advantage
• Excellent English in both speaking and writing
• Beyond basic level Excel capabilities

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Assistant to support our Social Media Manager working across our diverse and rapidly growing portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. The successful candidate will manage, create, and publish engaging content across all clients’ brand social media channels. Working within our vibrant agency, you will support various accounts and ensure the achievement of brand marketing targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the build and execution of multiple social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Contribute to increasing brand awareness, engagement, and online reputation for our clients and their brands
• Create and publish highly creative and original, high-quality content to ensure it is informative and appealing
• Identify and engage the correct target market
• Facilitate clients community management (respond to messages, monitor customer reviews, and engage with followers in a timely manner)
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pre agreed KPIs
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting and implementing content optimisation
• Stay updated with new digital marketing technology and social media technologies in particular
• Assist with the creation of artwork and infographics for the purpose of static posts, stories, paid media, emailers, CRM etc.

Requirements:

• Available to work 5 days a week in Dubai office in JVC
• 2+ years of proven agency work experience in social media (with tangible results case studies)
• Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc)
• General knowledge of design for creating visually appealing graphics
• Good eye for photography and videography with attention to detail
• Strong social customer service skills including patience, empathy, and conflict resolution
• Excellent written and verbal skills
