Transforming the P&G Alumni Network: A Modern Web Solution for Growth and Engagement

The P&G Alumni Network is a community of former employees of industry titan Procter & Gamble. With over 100,000 members in 45 countries, the network was created to provide world-class enrichment, economic empowerment, and continued professional and personal growth resources.


In 2021, the P&G Alumni Network came to SLTC with a challenge: to revamp their outdated website into a modern, user-friendly platform that would effectively showcase their services and engage their audience. SLT Consulting partnered with P&G Alumni Network to increase brand awareness and engagement, grow membership, and drive event registration to the bi-annual PGAN conference.

Channels and Tactics

SLT Consulting started by conducting in-depth research on the P&G Alumni Network’s target audience to understand their needs and preferences. Their team then designed a new website that reflects PGAN’s brand identity while incorporating modern design trends and best practices. They streamlined the navigation and content to make it easier for users to find the information they need and added a blog section to keep users up-to-date with industry news and events.
 
They also implemented several features to enhance user experience. These include a member directory with advanced search options, an events calendar with registration capabilities, and a responsive design that adapts to any screen size. These features provide added value to members and sponsors while also helping PGAN achieve its business goals

SLT Consulting collaborated closely with the PGAN team throughout the project to ensure that the website met their expectations and aligned with their vision. The website was launched on schedule and has since received overwhelmingly positive feedback from users and stakeholders.
