Tangent’s Oli Green Joins Board Of Brave Bison Plc.
Oli Green, Managing Director of digital customer experience agency Tangent, has joined the Board of AIM listed social video group Brave Bison Plc.
Green joins the Board as Non-Executive Director effective immediately and will retain all current responsibilities at Tangent. At 27 years old, Green is one of the youngest Directors of a UK-quoted company.
Green’s appointment to the Board follows Tangent’s recent investment in the London & Singapore based group. Tangent became Brave Bison’s largest shareholder in June this year after buying a stake in the company from embattled fund manager Woodford Asset Management. Tangent currently owns just over 22% of the issued share capital.
Oli Green commented:
Brave Bison is a truly unique business blending media, marketing and commerce together seamlessly. I’m delighted to join the Board and look forward to working with Kate and her team on the 2020 strategy and beyond.
Kate Burns, CEO of Brave Bison added:
Oli has deep industry experience and relevant insight into the rapidly changing digital industry. He brings valuable strategic input and a powerful network of potential partners to Brave Bison and the executive team. We are thrilled to have him join the board.
