Pragmatica is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Vancouver.

Duties:

• 10 years of demonstrated track record with leading teams delivering end-to-end digital solutions under fixed price or T&M agreements
• 8 years of experience working in professional services or consulting environments dealing with enterprise clients
• Proven track record in fostering partnership experience with high-level client stakeholders and internal stakeholders
• Experience working on enterprise-level accounts with a focus on CPG Experience working in Commerce and/or Loyalty a bonus
• A can-do attitude, a passion for digital products, and the resilience to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
• Excellent and effective communication skills
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritize based on the needs of the team
• Demonstrable critical thinking, creative problem solving, and willingness to take on complex challenges
• Strong beliefs in servant leadership
• Ability to diplomatically navigate complex and controversial discussions, and de-escalate difficult situations
• Prior experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Notion, Instagantt, or similar
• A good dose of humility and positivity to drive your relentless pursuit to excellence!
• Prior experience on a Scrum team and/or Scrum Master certification
• Technical background in Computer Science is nice to have
