As an SEO Manager at Damteq®, you will manage Search Engine Optimisation campaigns and accounts for our clients across the UK. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring our team of SEO Specialists to ensure that great results are delivered for clients and KPIs are met. Here’s what the day-to-day duties look like in this role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for our clients
  • Set and work to clearly defined KPIs for each project
  • Complete detailed technical site audits, keyword research, and backlink analysis
  • Work with our website development team in the creation of content and in developing SEO-optimised websites
  • Regularly update client websites and stay up-to-date on the latest in SEO and digital marketing in general
  • Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Analyse data and campaigns, creating custom reports
  • Work independently to manage your own clients and expectations – keeping your clients up to date with the work you’re doing and the latest market trends
  • Help with conversion optimisation of client campaigns
  • Line Manage members of the SEO team

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in all areas of technical search optimisation
  • Link building and backlink analysis
  • Keyword research
  • Content development and optimisation
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • In-depth reporting and analysis
  • Experience line managing a team
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and literacy skills
