Duties:

• Be the first point of contact to our customers
• Manage and resolve customers’ requests via phone, e-mail and monday.com ticketing system
• Work proactively and solution-oriented
• Work on continuous performance optimization
• Enhance customer satisfaction and form long-lasting customer loyalty

Requirements:

• Highly skilled in communication and organisation

• Experienced in customer support and/or project management
• Fluent in german and english, both written and verbal
