Enhancing Brand Guidelines to Maximize Audience Engagement

Over the past year and a half, we have had the privilege of collaborating closely with HubSpot’s annual conference, INBOUND. This partnership has allowed Palette Studio to enhance the quality of their creative content, bringing a fresh, stylish perspective to their brand.

INBOUND is an annual event powered by HubSpot that unites thought leaders worldwide across marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations.

When we initially embarked on this journey with INBOUND, we identified some areas for improvement in their existing visuals. We set out to enhance the brand elements, such as the palette, event photography, fonts, etc., and to create new pathways to elevate the brand visually. These changes were not just cosmetic but strategic, aimed at ensuring that the brand’s content resonates more powerfully with its audience and enhances engagement.


In our most recent update, we have made significant strides. We have implemented new color combinations to ensure they align harmoniously with their designated usage and placement within the composition. Furthermore, we have incorporated more impactful graphic elements by emphasizing their scale and introducing repetition to enhance their visual impact.

Through our expertise in design, motion graphics, copywriting, and illustration, we have provided comprehensive creative guidance to shape the brand’s marketing strategy. By leveraging our skills in these areas, we are able to generate brand awareness and drive successful marketing campaigns effectively.
