Redonk Marketing Designed Intuitive Interactions for Exabeam

Redonk Marketing designed a UI that presents information in the right context and is intuitive for the user of Exabeam.

Challenge

Exabeam is a leading provider of user behavior intelligence. Their technology helps change the way cyberattacks are detected and greatly simplifies security operations. When they first reached out to them they had a great technology product. There was just one problem: it didn’t have a face.

Solution

Redonk Marketing started by developing an understanding of user goals. They prioritized information against user needs to deliver a thoughtfully crafted interface. Working collaboratively with the Exabeam team Redonk Marketing designed a UI that presents information in the right context and is intuitive for the user.

More than Just a Pretty Face

Exabeam helps IT Security analysts expose the entire attack chain across user sessions.

Making Designers Out of Engineers

When the design was complete, Exabeam’s software engineers took over. Redonk Marketing created a style guide to help them channel their inner artists and implement the design without anything getting lost in translation.
