Roles/Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yahoo, Bing, YouTube, and other platforms for a variety of clients, mostly in the B2B and B2C space
- Familiarity with Geo-Fencing Advertising, tagging and correcting misplaced ads
- Work closely with M.O.M & D.A.D. to ensure ads are running correctly and producing the desired results
- Research demographics using advanced tools and create ads accordingly.
- Create audiences for different demographics to target desired prospects and remarketing
- Manage the creation of large keyword and negative keyword lists using client feedback, keyword search tools, and other resources
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates. This includes but is not limited to images and videos
- Create and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives
- Provide pacing reports to clients when requested
- Ensure we do not exceed the client approved budgets
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for client and internal use and building out digital dashboards in DataStudio or DataBox
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance with client goals
- Create integrations with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio or DataBox, and Google Search Console
- Create reports for a variety of clients in an organized and concise fashion
- Analyze reports and discuss what areas are in need of improvement and come up with methods to improve performance
- Communicate to team and client on project development, timelines, and results. If something is not working, discuss how we can pivot to ensure we are getting the results we want
- Optimize ads to ensure success and efficiency including negative keywords, search queries, bid and budget optimizations, creative optimizations, and recommendations
- Create A/B tests to maximize effectiveness of each marketing campaign, including using Google Optimize experiments for Landing Page analysis and optimization
Skills and Abilities:
- MUST show experience in managing multiple PPC and paid social campaigns simultaneously
- Must LOVE digital marketing
- Must be able to meet deadlines. Time and Project management is a MUST
- Must have a passion for digital marketing and exceeding expectations with clients
- Must be able to learn new industries and keep data organized from client to client
- Must be ambitious and a problem solver

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience creating, managing, optimizing, and successfully running all aspects of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and Bing Ads
- Have an expert understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and Bing Ads
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Supermetrics, Google Data Studio, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Experience in analytics using a variety of tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Google Data Studio, Supermetrics, and more
- Stellar organizational skills for keeping track of the various services our clients offer
- AdWords and Bing certifications are preferred
