Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Manager within our Delivery team to lead a small group of digital project managers. The candidate must have 3-5 years of professional experience managing digital projects, and 1-3 years in a leadership role. For this role, past experience must include managing website projects from strategy through to development, with proven skills in both project management and client service.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage a variety of project types and complexities, including custom-built websites and eCommerce sites. Must be familiar with managing project budgets in the range of $100K-$300K. Previous experience managing branding and design projects is an asset. Being an articulate communicator with an ability to adapt is key. This role involves navigating questions and challenging situations on the spot while providing solid rationales for recommendations made throughout a project.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years experience in project management
- 1-3 years minimum experience managing a team
- A natural mentor and humble leader who has experience supporting project managers
- A familiarity with common best practices in relation to website design and development
- Confidence in following project management best practices, well-versed in project management methodologies, and a whiz at creating project plans
- Ability to take ownership of increasingly complex projects with minimal guidance
- Experience briefing and working with designers, UX strategists, SEO strategists, and development teams
- High proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides
Not deal-breakers, but assets:
- Agency experience
- Knowledge of common web CMS, like WordPress
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- eCommerce experience
- PMI certified or equivalent education in project management

- You will be the linchpin for the website services team, managing all the moving parts in the process for end-to-end website builds
- As a member of our delivery team, you will work closely with a variety of people across the agency, including designers, developers, marketing experts, SEO strategists, and account strategists
- Participate in workshops to get to the crux of client needs, while keeping the project process, client expectations, and team capabilities in mind
- Conscientiously manage project budgets and timelines while meeting objectives and producing quality deliverables
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies in project management, marketing, design, and development
