Account Manager

Propeller is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

About the role:

We’re looking for a skilled and effective Account Manager to lead some of our largest accounts, primarily within the hospitality industry. Working closely with the rest of the experienced Account Management team and across the agency to ensure we continue to have a great relationship with our clients, whilst delivering quality work, insight and strategy, along with identifying opportunities to upsell and further monetise accounts.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Great relationship building skills
  • The ability to lead on multiple accounts for the agency, primarily within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent service delivery skills, giving strategic and creative advice leading to high client satisfaction
  • The ability to ensure clients see value from what we do, as well as strategically identifying, planning and scoping growth opportunities
  • The ability to oversee the creative and technical process and ensure updates are delivered on time and to budget

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in Account Management
  • An exceptional verbal and written communicator
  • Organised, thorough, with a keen attention to detail
  • An intuitive thinker who is willing to work autonomously
  • Used to delivering to a high standard despite pressure of deadlines
  • Consistently proud of the quality of their work
  • Willing to speak up and put their opinion across

It would be beneficial if you had:

  • Experience working within a digital agency
  • Hospitality-industry experience
  • Experience with content management systems (ideally WordPress or Shopify)
