Digifest 2018

Toronto Digifest 2018 will take place on 26th- 28th April at Corus Quay, the Toronto headquarters for Corus Entertainment, located on the city’s waterfront.

Digifest 2018 is an annual three-day technology conference and startup showcase which connects the creative community with the most innovative technologies, ideas, and initiatives focused on learning, leadership, and positive social change!

The event will look into the future and see advancements in the field of food, fashion, education, transportation, art and communication.

Digifest will feature emerging technology and highlight stories from around the globe using tech to tackle challenges in cities.

Student Showcase

Digifest promotes upcoming design talent throughout the three-day festival. This exhibition showcases a cross-section of the many disciplines of student projects at the graduate and undergraduate levels including Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Media, Animation, Gaming and more.

Interactive Zone

The Interactive Zone is where the leading ideas and technologies intersect. They will bring visitors on an experiential journey with the newest technology that is used for entertainment, training, and development.

Family Day

This year’s programming at Family Day includes hands-on demos, workshops, a Food Tech Pop-Up, panel discussions, and a full day of the Student Showcase and Interactive Zone.

IT’S A START Pitch Competition

Startups will have the opportunity to pitch their business idea, convince the judges of its value, and impress the crowd in 5 minutes for a chance to take home this year’s Grand Prize!
