Croud Welcomes Audrey Lucy as Chief People Officer

Croud, the global, full-service digital marketing agency, has appointed Audrey Lucy as the agency’s Chief People Officer, a new role for the business as it continues to expand its global footprint following a succession of new acquisitions and office openings during the last 24 months.

Audrey initially joined Croud in a part-time consulting role in September last year as part of a wider consultancy portfolio, prior to being appointed as Chief People Officer.

Audrey has previous agency experience as Chief Talent Officer for ZenithOptimedia, one of Publicis Media UK’s agency brands, and then for Publicis Media UK, where she led the talent and HR functions across all of the brands including Performics, Starcom and MediaVest.

During her career, Audrey has worked nationally and globally with brands including the BBC, Microsoft, Convergys, Ceridian, Logica and Great Ormond Street Hospital. She has also been the Editor of two local newspapers.

Throughout Audrey’s career, people have been at the center of all of her work, whether as a consultant driving cultural transformation and leadership programs, or leading in-house people teams.

Of her new appointment, Audrey said:

Having spent the last few months working with Croud as a consultant, I already feel so connected with the team, and I’m excited about the fantastic trajectory Croud is on as a business. Most recently we welcomed the team at Born Social to the Croud family, and our global offices in the US and Dubai are also expanding. An exciting journey lies ahead as we look to grow further, while also making sure we keep our people and talent at the heart of the agency.
