Brave New World: Brave Bison Makes 3 New Hires to Supercharge Growth

Brave Bison has reinforced their senior team with three key hires with excellence in its respective fields, allowing them to accelerate expansion in 2022.

All three appointments are known for collaborative, multi-channel thinking and excellence in their respective fields, showing Brave Bison’s continued commitment to growth after a record-breaking 93% increase in gross profit in 2021.

Brave Bison today announced that Chris Grimwood has joined the business, taking on the newly created role of MD, Social & Influencer. Formerly Head of Account Management at Zinc Network, Chris brings a wealth of experience running cross-platform social campaigns across multiple European markets, working with household names such as Samsung, Sony, and Converse.

His passion for innovation and cross-channel execution reflects Brave Bison’s continued commitment to creating integrated publishing and performance opportunities for clients following a record-breaking year of growth, which saw the company record a 93% YoY increase in gross profit.

Chris joins two other recent senior appointments at the company. Chris Alderman, Head of SEO & Digital PR at Brave Bison Performance (formerly Greenlight Digital), brings a passion for accuracy and meaningful measurement across organic performance channels from his previous role at Zenith UK.

Meanwhile, Ed Hornby joins Brave Bison Commerce (formerly Greenlight Commerce), as MD. Formerly the MD of VCCP CX, the digital agency within VCCP Group, Ed has driven significant results through service integration, growth, and strategic delivery across the Group and for blue-chip clients including O2, Domino’s, and Easyjet.

Both Chris Alderman and Ed have started work in their new roles over the past month and are already making their presence felt among the Brave Bison client base.

This wealth of new senior appointments reflect Brave Bison’s ambitions for further cross-channel and cross-platform collaboration and innovation in 2022, following the acquisition and integration of its performance and commerce arms in 2021.

The company has already started leveraging truly integrated solutions for its clients following multi-channel new business wins such as Inside Out Living, while sticking close to its roots in excellence across social media and performance marketing.

Most recently, Brave Bison is excited to announce a new partnership with Le Mans, which will see the company leveraging its sports industry knowledge in the social space.
