Trees & Seas Festival: Crowd’s Beach Clean Up
In support of Crowd‘s client, Plastic Oceans, they did a beach cleanup to celebrate the Trees and Seas festival which will take place between 2nd and 8th August.
This is a global event uniting forest and ocean conservation that will include planting 70,000+ trees, 100+ beach cleanups, youth workshops, panel discussions, art, film, and music events.
Crowd has partnered with Almond & Co., Leave Only Footprints, and Street Agency to clean their beautiful Bournemouth beach and support the fight against single-use plastic pollution. Crowd gathered at Branksome Dene Chine Car Park on 3rd August at 3pm.
Trees and Seas is part of the blue communities initiative of Plastic Oceans International. It serves as its annual unifying event for members, while also providing the general public, and outside organizations, the opportunity to participate in a weeklong celebration uniting ocean and forest conservation worldwide.
