Tangent Appointed as Guide Dogs Digital UX Design Partner

Digital Agency Tangent has been appointed as Digital UX Design partner by The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.

The charity is keen to improve the digital experience across a number of its services and products by enhancing the customer journey for donors to volunteers.

The two-year partnership will see Tangent use its expertise in user experience design, conversion rate optimization, and digital product strategy to deliver an improved online experience for the charity.

Tangent will provide support to deliver a range of new digital products on the Guide Dogs’ digital roadmap as well as optimize existing journeys and features.

Following recent experience in the third sector through their work with Tommy’s on an app and then a gift-for-good product, Tangent is well-placed to offer design and strategy services that deliver impact and value for charities.

Marie Orpen, Chief Digital Officer at Guide Dogs commented:

We’re looking forward to working with Tangent as our new digital partner to provide an elevated experience for all users visiting our site.

Nadine Clarke, Product Experience Partner at Tangent added:

Everyone here at Tangent is delighted to be working with Guide Dogs. We’re confident that our work will result in an enhanced experience and increased value for the charity. We can’t wait to get stuck in.
