Hallam Expands Paid Media Leadership Team
Strategic digital agency, Hallam, has promoted Molly Watters and Alex Jackson to Paid Media Team Lead.

These promotions will see Molly and Alex moving into managerial roles, where they’ll join me on the paid media leadership team. It’s a big step for our team that sets us up to deliver even better work for our clients by creating two teams of specialists, constantly progressing, planning and exploring how to grow their clients’ businesses. Molly and Alex are both experienced and capable leaders; after seeing them successfully lead their specialisms through tough economic conditions, this promotion is thoroughly well deserved.
The promotion sees both move from their previous roles leading individual specialisms in Paid Social and Programmatic and Affiliate Advertising.
I’m loving my new role because I can bring my media planning background to the forefront, ensuring my team are up-skilled in the different areas of paid media, too. Growing our existing clients, creating partnerships with other media agencies and diversifying the media mix for the brands we work with is very rewarding, as is working with and developing such a driven and enthusiastic team.
My promotion to Paid Media Team Lead will not only let me support the team across all paid channels, but I’ll also be able to build and help nurture my team’s growth. I’m thankful that Hallam has the infrastructure in place to enable my development and growth in the past 18 months.
