Edenspiekermann Presents Ellen van den Berg As The New Creative Director UX and Jorrit Goddijn As The New Technical Director

As of March 1st, Ellen van den Berg, made the switch to Edenspiekermann.

At the international digital design agency, Van den Berg will be the Creative Director UX responsible for clients such as Schiphol, Elsevier, Alcon, The Economist, Mercedes Benz, and Red Bull. Along with Van den Berg, Jorrit Goddijn has also joined the expanding Amsterdam team, as the Technical Director. With the arrival of these two experienced professionals, Edenspiekermann strengthens its position as a specialist in the field of tech and design.

International growth

The expansion of the team is a logical response to the international growth of the design agency itself.

Jonne Kuyt, Partner & Creative Director at Edenspiekermann commented,

It’s not just in Amsterdam where we get business requests, but abroad too with clients seeking our services in our offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Berlin, and Singapore to provide them with impactful user experiences. Our unique approach, in which we combine new technology with design, has not gone unnoticed. In 2019, we are and will be working on a lot of different international projects and with Ellen and Jorrit having joined us, we’ve gained a lot more knowledge in the field of technology and user experience design.

Unique in Europe

Ellen van den Berg, a seasoned UX strategist and director, previously worked for clients such as, Adidas, KLM, Nike, Belgian Rail, and Centraal Beheer Achmea. Van den Berg will put her strategy and (UX) design expertise to use for both the Dutch and international clients of Edenspiekermann.

Van den Berg commented,

From the moment I stepped into the studio, Edenspiekermann felt like homecoming. A design powerhouse with the guts to create cutting edge experiences. I feel we have busy and exciting times ahead and look forward to being part of this as a Creative Director.

Further expansion of Edenspiekermann

Along with Van den Berg, Edenspiekermann has expanded further by hiring Jorrit Goddijn, who will use his international experience gained at TouchTribe and Triopsys in his new role as Technical Director.


Goddijn also commented,

Edenspiekermann is unique in both the products they deliver and the relationship they have with their clients. It is one of the few design agencies that have such an impressive international client base. I am proud that I can now focus on the tech side of projects within the team.
