KOTA partnered with ContractPodAi to help educate the legal sector on the power of AI.
The Brief
ContractPodAi are the leading contract management SaaS company trusted by the largest global corporations. They are headquartered in London with offices in the US, UK, Canada and India. Their intuitive, AI-powered CLM platform streamlines contracting by enabling their clients to digitally generate, manage, sign and analyse contracts anywhere in the world.
Due to their innovative solutions, they are ahead of the curve in the legal tech sector. As a result, one of the issues ContractPodAi face is the lack of awareness about such tools amongst their prospective clients.
KOTA partnered with ContractPodAi to help educate the legal sector on the power of AI and position themselves as the industry leader online. To do so, KOTA designed and developed a new, intuitive website, as well as refreshed their branding to align with their new brand proposition work provided by Duality, a strategic brand agency, Duality. As ContractPodAi’s creative agency, KOTA also supports their marketing team with digital marketing campaigns.
KOTA’s collaboration is not only focused on lead generation but also on creating a memorable visual brand that is unique and stands out in the legal technology industry. KOTA can proudly say that they succeeded!
Brand Identity
KOTA’s main objective was to establish a refreshed brand presence online for ContractPodAi, allowing them to showcase their products’ highly technical software features in a premium way. KOTA tweaked the colours of their established logo mark to fit in with a new brand key visual and new typeface. The key visual was made up of undulating coloured waves representing the different contract management stages handled through their AI technology.
The Website
The website KOTA crafted allows ContractPodAi to share key information about their software on a fast, responsive and SEO-friendly site. Thanks to using bright splashes of colour and a rich background palette KOTA was able to really dial up the premium technical aesthetic.
KOTA created a streamlined user experience that quickly communicates top-level software features without overwhelming the user and also deep dive access to more detailed information. Their developers built flexible landing page templates, which can be tailored to any digital marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Support
The new brand assets were applied to all the client’s comms, ranging from doc templates to lead generation forms and white papers. KOTA supported their marketing team by developing a series of new videos, including a brand launch video featuring an animated version of their key visual. KOTA are currently appointed as the creative agency by ContractPodAi and support them with ongoing digital marketing campaigns.

KOTA was commissioned to design and build a brand new platform that would modernise their online offering.
The Brief
Opta Pro are pioneers of sports data, supplying sports teams, media channels and analysts with both valuable statistics and analytical software across the disciplines Football, Rugby and Cricket. They are thought leaders in their industry, and have become part of the language when talking about anything concerned with sports data.
KOTA was commissioned to design and build a brand new platform that would align with their refreshed branding and modernise their online offering. The website was very content heavy, with a large multimedia section, as well as multiple events with historical archives.
The Approach
Alongside the large multimedia section of the website, which featured videos, podcasts and news articles, KOTA also built an interactive timeline mapping the history of both Opta Pro and Scout 7 who merged in 2017. Other key features included password protected events information and an events media archive.

KOTA was tasked to create a stand out platform worthy of the status and user traffic.
The Brief
Over the last 30 years, Matchroom has pioneered the showcasing of sports such as boxing, snooker and darts. Barry and Eddie Hearn have promoted these niche sports into now global events, drawing stadium crowds and a hugely grossing pay per view audience around the world. With the focus on boxing events now bigger than ever before, KOTA was tasked to create a stand out platform worthy of the status and user traffic.
KOTA’s approach was to cater to the audience wanting sports info and purchasing live event tickets, but also to bring some style and artistry to the profession. What KOTA produced was a mixture of the showcase event glamour and behind the scenes storytelling, uniquely bold and unapologetic.
Features
On the front end, their focus areas were based around the events and boxer profiles. Their concept was to put the boxers front and centre, drawing inspiration from retro video game profiles, but also giving a glimpse of the human behind the boxer. In both the events and profiles pages KOTA implemented areas where green screen videos of shadow boxing or show boating could be added.
KOTA created animated stats and hometown graphics in the profiles, as well as an image gallery and biography, to create a personal homepage for each boxer. They also created an archive of historical events for users to browse, which Matchroom are continually populating.
An important focus for Matchroom was relevant, up to date content, due to the volume of news and frequency of events. They built a beautiful posting platform, and a media archive to host hundreds of videos. The back end was focused around an eCommerce solution that meant users could purchase tickets for events, subscribe for Fightpass benefits, and be able to shop for merchandise, all the way through to online purchase. Each event signposted to the ticketing platform and cross-promoted boxers, to create one seamless platform.

The Brief
Started in 2002, Adams & Butler is an award-winning luxury travel agency that offers their customers unique, authentic experiences, designed in the most inspiring surroundings. All of their itineraries are tailored-made to the needs of their customers creating long-lasting, memorable moments. They have a wealthy and sophisticated client base, including many celebrities such as the Kardashian’s/West’s.
Adams and Butler approached KOTA to overhaul their existing website which was not reflective of the high-end service they offer. They have many aspects to their business which were confusing to navigate between. Search engine optimisation (SEO) was another important element of the brief. KOTA took on the challenge and set out to deliver an industry-leading, beautiful website that portrays the brand’s premium feel and offline experience.
The Approach of KOTA
The user experience was KOTA’s first stop for the new website. Through their extensive research process, they established that whilst the site has quite a niche, wealthy audience, the way they browse is extremely varied. Some only knew the destination, some only knew the type of holiday and others weren’t sure of either and wanted A&B to inspire the brand.
KOTA tackled this with clear landing pages for each user journey all of which end with a detailed itinerary of the brand’s chosen experience. They also built a ‘Plan your journey’ page where the user could provide Adams & Butler with detailed information about the experience the brand was after.
From a design perspective, minimalism is key in the high-end market, so KOTA kept the colour palette as light and neutral as possible, with the amazing photography from Adams & Butler’s experiences being the main driver.

SuperYachtsMonaco approached KOTA to design and develop a new, industry-leading platform creating something unique to stand-out in the industry.
The Brief
SuperYachtsMonaco is a boutique brokerage headquartered in Monaco and operating globally. They help their customers buy, sell, build, or charter luxury yachts – and anything in between – anywhere in the world.
KOTA was approached to design and develop a new, industry-leading platform for them. This project was not only about lead generation but also about creating something unique to stand-out in the industry. SuperYachtsMonaco wanted to bring a fresh approach to yacht brokerage with their casual style prevalent throughout the new website.
The Approach of KOTA
KOTA’s main goal for the new website was to bring the complete SuperYachtMonaco experience to the user. From the sexy, luxurious feeling of yachts, to the fun, less-formal experience of the team behind the company.
They achieved this by teaming up with Illustrator Jason Brooks, best known for the amazing album art he created for the Hed Kandi record label. Instead of using the same generic yacht photos found on competitors websites, Jason was commissioned to create a collection of pieces to represent all the different areas of the site, with the final result being totally unique from anything else out there. To complement the illustrations, they used a sleek, minimal colour palette all designed within a high-end, editorial-style layout.
Animation-wise, they wanted to keep the site feeling as premium as possible, with slick, subtle movement used throughout with seamless transitions within the fullscreen menu and between the pages.

KOTA was tasked with bringing Martin Building’s online presence up to date and creating something beautiful and unique complimenting their stunning property design.
The Brief
Martin Building Company is a multidisciplinary design and development property firm based in San Francisco, USA. They are well known for their intriguing blend of stunning contemporary architecture and civic responsibility, which can be seen in all their projects – creating exceptional and sustainable urban environments.
KOTA was not only tasked with bringing their online presence up to date, but also creating something beautiful and unique complimenting their stunning property design. They wanted the new platform to be forwarding thinking, utilising the latest web technologies and design trends keeping them one step ahead of their competitors.
The Approach of KOTA
KOTA wanted to do something special for this project so they looked into new techniques and trends for the UX/UI. These included a fullscreen grid-style menu system and cutting-edge parallax animation, all of which was incorporated within an editorial style layout.
The project case studies were also a big focus for KOTA, so they designed a bespoke component that was a card-based, with draggable navigation. As the site is built in React technology, the user is able to journey through the portfolio without it feeling like you are loading new pages.
There were quite varied amounts of content for each project, therefore KOTA approached this with a modular content management solution, where components can be toggled on or off making sure the layouts look great regardless of the content size. This meant projects with 30 images looked just as good as projects with 10.
