    How does the membership application process work?

    Our qualified team reviews and verifies all agencies that apply for membership according to criteria such as portfolio quality, reliable services, sectoral expertise, and team transparency. Profile pages, city, service, and sector listings of agencies whose membership applications are approved will be made live on our website within 24 hours.

    What are the minimum requirements for DAN membership?

    To join the Digital Agency Network, agencies must have a well-functioning, up-to-date website and a comprehensive portfolio or case study examples on their websites. Additionally, agencies must list a team of at least 3 people on their website or LinkedIn page. Although many agencies are now remote, an office address and phone number on agency websites are also required as proof of business presence.

    How can I upgrade my agency’s free listing to take advantage of paid membership benefits?

    If you already hold a free listing on the Digital Agency Network, there’s no need to resubmit the membership form to enjoy the benefits of paid membership. Once you’ve paid for your chosen membership package on the membership upgrade page, your account will be upgraded to the paid membership tier within 24 hours, and you’ll receive your Members Area login credentials via email.

    How do you process payments?

    We use Stripe, a global payment gateway, to process all payments. Our payment forms are SSL encrypted and powered by Stripe. Your payment details can only be accessed by Stripe.
