InterTeam is a small paid ads agency that specializes in B2B SaaS. We need a tracking expert with experience setting up enhanced conversion tracking for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and Reddit ads.
The ideal candidate would have ample experience with conversion tracking and experience working with digital marketing agencies.
The work would be as needed in the short term, so part time or contract would work best. Also open to fulltime down the line.
Requirements:
- Experience setting up enhanced conversion tracking in Google Ads
- Experience setting up conversion API in Facebook Ads
- Experience setting up the conversion API in Reddit Ads
- Experience setting up HubSpot integrated conversions in Reddit Ads for Opportunities
- Experience setting up consent banners
- Experience setting up consent mode in Google Tag Manager
- Experience setting up server side tracking
- Experience auditing conversion tracking issues related to CSP and CORS problems
- Experience auditing conversion tracking issues related to consent
- Experience auditing conversion tracking issues related to tag misconfigured during implementation
- Experience auditing conversion tracking issues related to the scripts being lazy loaded script

- Auditing WordPress and Webflow Tracking issues
- Ability to set up automations for agency operations
- Ability to build well-designed reports
- Experience building automations and custom reports for Google Ads

Duties:
- Set up enhanced conversion tracking in Google Ads to improve campaign attribution accuracy
- Implement Facebook Ads Conversion API to enable server-side event tracking and maintain data integrity
- Configure the Reddit Ads Conversion API to ensure accurate conversion tracking across campaigns
- Integrate HubSpot conversions with Reddit Ads for tracking “Opportunities” and lead progression
- Deploy consent banners compliant with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Configure Consent Mode in Google Tag Manager to align tracking behavior with user consent choices
- Set up server-side tracking infrastructure to improve data accuracy and reduce dependency on browser-based scripts
- Audit and resolve conversion tracking issues related to Content Security Policy (CSP) and Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) conflicts
- Investigate and resolve tracking problems stemming from incomplete or improperly configured user consent
- Troubleshoot conversion issues caused by misconfigured tags during implementation
- Identify and fix problems resulting from lazy-loaded scripts that delay or block proper tag firing
