Media Buyer for B2B SaaS Ad Agency

This position is Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:00 EST.
Develop and execute successful media buying strategies across various digital channels such as Google Search Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
Create and manage campaigns on these platforms and create reports.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and keep up with monthly budgets for ad platforms.
Perform search term review multiple times a week.
Write keyword and conversion-optimized ad copy.
Review placements for display campaigns.
Review search terms for search campaigns.
Understand and optimize campaign budgets.
Request ad creatives and landing pages from our designers.
Review and give feedback on LPs and creatives.
Perform keyword research, competitor audits, and CRO audits.

Duties:
- Set up enhanced conversion tracking in Google Ads to improve campaign attribution accuracy
- Implement Facebook Ads Conversion API to enable server-side event tracking and maintain data integrity
- Configure the Reddit Ads Conversion API to ensure accurate conversion tracking across campaigns
- Integrate HubSpot conversions with Reddit Ads for tracking "Opportunities" and lead progression
- Deploy consent banners compliant with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Configure Consent Mode in Google Tag Manager to align tracking behavior with user consent choices
- Set up server-side tracking infrastructure to improve data accuracy and reduce dependency on browser-based scripts
- Audit and resolve conversion tracking issues related to Content Security Policy (CSP) and Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) conflicts
- Investigate and resolve tracking problems stemming from incomplete or improperly configured user consent
- Troubleshoot conversion issues caused by misconfigured tags during implementation
- Identify and fix problems resulting from lazy-loaded scripts that delay or block proper tag firing

The Account Executive role will support the full cycle delivery of our digital media campaigns. This is a fast-paced role involving high levels of client communication (phone and video call based), internal coordination of key staff (Editorial, Digital, Creative) and first-class organisational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for a select group of clients across our web brands, coordinating closely with teams across our various offices and departments
- Take the lead on all client meetings through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls and campaign launches through to progress checks and reports, leading up to campaign renewals
- Actively contribute to overall quarterly team targets and increase conversion rates in line with personal targets
- Work closely within our KL/KTM based production, digital, creative and editorial staff on client requirements
- Understand client needs in detail, and have ability to find solutions to their challenges
- Identify opportunities during the campaign lifecycle for upselling, cross-selling or renewing partnership before campaign has come to an end
- Establishing opportunities for larger pitches in collaboration with Account Director
- Establish strong relationships with clients and develop a pipeline of accounts
- Provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client calls
- Manage coordination with our digital, editorial and creative teams to deliver content and hit our KPIs for each campaign & complete client reports
- Identifying bottlenecks and obstacles, working on solutions
- Maintaining communication with clients after campaigns finish, to ensure they return as a client
Requirements:
- Proactive, positive attitude with ability to use initiative
- Passionate about expanding, upselling and growing relationships into key accounts, and experience of managing clients through this process
- Phone/video call based client service experience from a similar role
- Eager to learn and develop skillset while supporting our world-class account management team
- Ability to handle multiple accounts with attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction
- A background in account management or client facing services is preferable
- Target driven coupled with problem solving skills to handle challenging situations and conversations

This role will require you to manage multiple Search Engine Optimisation Campaigns and accounts for our clients. It will see you building and maintaining exciting relationships with our clients and working towards organic search goals. You will develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for our clients, setting and working to clearly defined KPIs for each project. You will work closely with our team to create custom reports for our clients, keeping your clients up to date with your work and the latest market trends.Your Day To Day:
- Complete Detailed technical site audits, keyword research and backlink analysis
- Work with our website development team in the creation of content and in developing SEO-optimised websites
- Regularly update client websites and stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and digital marketing in general
- Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
- Analyse data and campaigns
- Work independently to manage your clients and expectations – keeping your client up to date with the work you’re doing and the latest market trends
- Help with conversion optimisation of client campaigns
Knowledge And Experience:
- Experience in all areas of technical search optimisation
- Link building and backlink analysis
- Keyword research
- Content development and optimisation
- Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics
- In-depth reporting and analysis
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and literacy skills
- Must have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
