Responsibilities:

• Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining
• Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups
• Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements
• Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems
• Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types

Requirements:

• Preferably High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2-year solid experience, with full projects development experience, preferred
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Basic knowledge of Node.js, PHP, mySql, SCSS, JS(ES5), Handlebar, at least on of component based frontend framework
• Basic knowledge of Jira / Asana
• Dedicated team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic ability in both written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology
• Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them
• High degree of independent judgment
• Able to solve complex problems
• Good teamwork, self-learning ability, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skillsets:

Good sense of UX Design in terms of front-end development (e.g. Motion/Effect/Animation utilisation)

• Hands-on experience in Redux / Redux saga / React Apollo
• Knowledge with hybrid app solution such as react naive, flutter, ionic is an advantage
• Knowledge with UI testing
