Position: Digital Media Specialist


The Digital Media Specialist provides continuous paid media management, data, and analytics support for all client campaigns by measuring and reporting campaign success, social platform growth, and social listening insights for the marketing team.


• Plan and manage paid social and PPC promotions and campaigns and track their success
• Provide campaign analysis using social listening, social platform measurement, and other social media measures
• Develop reporting charts, bar graphs, line graphs for client reports
• Provide data and analytic support throughout the communications planning process (pre, live and post analysis)
• Implement social metrics and analysis into larger cross-media metrics and ROI analysis
• Use Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Programmatic
• Collaborate with marketing and creative team as needed
• Present measurement reports and campaign ideas to clients and be able to take constructive criticism
• Meet regularly with the leadership team members to report on successes, areas for opportunity and organic growth potential
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 + years of Google Ads/Analytics
• Must have an in-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting platforms
• Experience with paid social promotions and Search
• Strong attention to detail, computer skills, and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Previous experience working in Google Ads, Bing Ads, as well as Facebook other PPC platforms
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team Members
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively while managing a consistent workload
• Ability to build rapport and have a positive attitude
• Ability to work within a creative team environment
• Self-driven, time management and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• On-going drive to do push the envelope and keep up with the latest digital trend
• Willingness to learn and be adaptable to change
