The problem was not just a name change – SmartPay had its own design language, app architecture, and user base. Merging two distinct product identities into a single coherent brand experience without disrupting existing users or confusing the market is one of the hardest execution challenges in post-acquisition integration.
Every week the acquired product continued operating under the SmartPay identity, it reinforced brand fragmentation across the Rezolve ecosystem. Enterprise retail partners evaluating Rezolve’s commerce platform encountered two visual identities, two UX patterns, and two narrative frameworks. That inconsistency introduced doubt about organizational maturity at exactly the moment Rezolve needed to project unified capability.
For a publicly traded company building an integrated agentic commerce platform, a fragmented product identity is not a design inconvenience – it is a strategic liability that undermines the unified platform narrative investors and enterprise buyers need to see.
We rebranded SmartPay to Rezolve Pay, redesigned the mobile app from the ground up, and rebuilt the website to unify the entire product suite under a single brand architecture and design system.

Healto is a health tech startup (in stealth mode), building a new generation of healthcare systems designed with a data edge and an uncompromising human element. The product ambition was clear – ‘Health Solutions Shaped For You’ – but the internal strategy had not yet been translated into an external brand, a visual system, or the persona clarity that would guide every downstream decision about product, channel, and go-to-market sequencing.
In health technology, where trust is the core unit of adoption, launching without resolved positioning and identity is more than a marketing risk – it trains the early market on a version of the company that does not reflect its actual ambition. Every asset shipped without clarity has to be rebuilt once the real brand is defined.
For a stealth-stage health platform preparing to extend across web, VR, AR, and AI surfaces, the cost of ambiguous positioning compounds quickly – making cross-channel consistency impossible and forcing every future team to interpret the brand rather than execute it.
We partnered with the senior marketing and product team to run market research and persona development, then built out a full brand identity, visual design system, and language that expressed the progression of healthcare systems through radical technology adoption – with the human element positioned as the through-line across every touchpoint.

For a product that monitors supply chain risk for the Department of Defense and NASA, the digital presence felt generic.
Over the course of our multi-year engagement, we watched the consequences of this gap compound. As supply chain disruption became front-page news globally, competitors with less capable platforms but sharper positioning began capturing mindshare in the enterprise market. Every month the brand stayed static, the sales and marketing teams absorbed the cost of having to manually establish authority that the website should have communicated on their behalf.

The Co-Founders of Prive approached RNO1 to evolve and elevate the Prive visual identity design, visual language, design systems and animations to showcase the simplicity and ease of use of what Prive offers its customers. We integrated a powerful content strategy, guiding the full experience design output.
The UX/UI Design (website architecture and design) brought the value of Prive front and center to the user journey, built to scale well into the future. ResiQuant had built an AI-powered catastrophe risk analytics platform founded by structural engineers who understood building-level vulnerability in a way that traditional insurance models do not. The technology could assess individual property risk using aerial imagery and engineering intelligence rather than broad regional hazard data. The problem was that the brand did not communicate that structural engineering depth to the insurance carriers and MGAs who needed to see it to trust it.
In property insurance, carriers are withdrawing from high-risk markets because they cannot underwrite profitably with the data they have. Every month ResiQuant looked like another InsurTech startup rather than an engineering-grade analytics platform, the carriers and MGAs who needed better risk data defaulted to the legacy catastrophe modeling firms they already knew, even when those models were producing the losses that created the problem in the first place.
For a platform whose entire value proposition is engineering-grade precision, being visually indistinguishable from early-stage InsurTech startups prevents carriers from taking the technical claims seriously enough to engage in the proof-of-concept process that would demonstrate the product’s value.
We rethought the entire brand experience – from strategy and identity through to visual language and digital channels – to communicate the engineering intelligence and AI precision that differentiates ResiQuant from both legacy cat modelers and InsurTech startups.
ResiQuant secured $4 million in seed financing and established the brand credibility required to engage insurance carriers in technical evaluation.

Shift Markets had been operating since 2009, originally in FX infrastructure, and had quietly built one of the most robust white-label crypto exchange platforms in the market. The problem was that their brand and digital presence still looked like a 2017 crypto startup. In an industry where institutional buyers evaluate credibility in seconds, the visual gap between what Shift had built and what their website communicated was costing them enterprise deals.
The compounding effect was significant. Every quarter that passed without addressing the brand gap, competitors with inferior technology but superior positioning captured the institutional and banking clients that Shift was technically better equipped to serve. Prospective clients – brokerages, banks, enterprises looking to launch crypto trading – were making vendor shortlist decisions based on perceived maturity, and Shift was not making those lists.
