As an Associate Director, the successful candidate is expected to be an all rounder who can lead by example and who has a proven track record of:
- Developing and leading a high performance digital performance team
- A depth of campaign management and optimization experience that spans multiple verticals and digital platforms (e.g. paid social, search and programmatic)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, to deliver client first solutions and strategic plans that deliver business impac

Responsibilities:
People Management
- Oversee and develop a team of cross channel paid search, paid social and programmatic specialists
- Manage team towards internal operational targets and profitability metrics
- Responsible for the hiring of new team members
Client Management and Account Strategy
- Learn about our clients business, industry, and their marketing plans to provide best in class strategic guidance for their digital media
- Support cross-channel strategy development and ensure specialist channel expertise is integrated into consistent and compelling strategic narratives
- Proactively create and deliver performance forecasts and related initiatives to deliver and surpass client performance goals
- Stay informed on the latest industry developments and where applicable, ensure clients are kept up to date and understand any new challenges and opportunities
Operational Management
- Support team members to ensure campaign and operational delivery against client and internal KPIs
- Lead the development of best practices and processes; build institutional knowledge for key functions
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and develop a best-in-class product offering for all digital channels
Person Specification:
- Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience
- A clear passion for digital marketing
- Minimum of 7 years’ paid social advertising experiencewith any additional experience in paid search and programmatic a huge plus
- 4+ years line management experience, mentoring and training
- Enjoys leadership responsibility and has a proven track record
- Ability to level up by simplifying complex and technical concepts
- A mathematical and analytical mind
- Able to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Proven experience in client expectation management roles and situations, able to manage and direct client expectations
- Impeccable attention to detail

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 (DOE)
Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
