Description:

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and account management to ensure timely delivery of ecommerce solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, excellent project management skills, and a passion for enhancing online customer experiences.

Duties:

• Lead and manage multiple ecommerce projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) and external clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage client communications, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or challenges
• Coordinate ecommerce platform integrations (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and custom features development
• Conduct quality assurance testing and ensure all projects meet the company’s standards
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and project success
• Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve project execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Project Manager, with a solid track record of delivering successful ecommerce projects
• Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and technologies (API integrations, third-party tools, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Asana, Jira, Trello) and agile methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively implement solutions
• Familiarity with ecommerce best practices, UX/UI, SEO, and performance optimization
• PMP certification or similar is a plus
