Senior Digital Account Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of website and digital marketing clients, with a strong focus on proactivity, client leadership, and commercial growth. This is not a purely servicing role. It suits someone who enjoys driving conversations, spotting opportunities, and helping accounts grow sensibly over time.
Requirements
  • 3 years agency experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of website projects and digital marketing
  • Confident discussing SEO, PPC, budgets, and ongoing work with clients
  • Commercially minded and comfortable identifying account growth opportunities
  • Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple accounts
Duties
  • Own a portfolio of web and digital marketing clients as the main point of contact
  • Lead client conversations around ideas, improvements, and next steps
  • Identify and recommend follow-on work, particularly digital marketing retainers and ongoing optimisation
  • Support new business by joining discovery calls and helping shape proposals
  • Oversee website projects from discovery through to launch
  • Coordinate internal teams across design, development, and marketing
  • Translate client goals into clear briefs the team can act on
