SEO Guideline

Thank you very much for submitting your content to DAN Global. We’re putting in a lot of effort to ensure that the content you send receives the highest interaction. However, we suggest that if the content that you are about to submit is compatible with our SEO Guidelines, it will contribute to the content’s ranking as well as the conversion chance.

    Blog Posts and Articles

  • We do not allow duplicate content as it negatively impacts our website’s SEO. The article you submit to the DAN website should be original and not have been published anywhere else online.
  • Make sure you choose a title that doesn’t compete with the existing content titles on digitalagencynetwork.com. The focus keywords of your blog post shouldn’t overlap with those already on the website.
  • Add the focus keyword of the article on top of the page for our SEO team to review.
  • When writing blog posts, please go for a unique title that captures readers’ attention and has a high search volume. It’s best to refrain from generic titles such as “what is digital marketing” to get more traffic.
  • Please send us the outline of the article first to get approval for your title suggestions and focus keyword.
  • The blog posts you create for DAN should be 1000-2000 words. Knowledge-based articles should be at least 1400 words long. Longer articles with well-researched arguments rank better on Google.
  • Your post will be reviewed and edited, if necessary, by our editors for accuracy, clarity, quality, and length.
  • Use subheadings to break down the text and make it more readable, and if possible, use the focus keywords in the subheadings in addition to the main title.
  • Use the focus keywords at least once in the first paragraph.
  • Please include a meta description for your article that, in no more than 155 characters, describes its context in a way that will draw readers’ attention on search engine results.
  • Please do not submit multiple articles at once. The right to publish monthly content is valid for that specific month only. The unused publishing quota cannot be transferred to the upcoming months. We plan our monthly content in advance and expect our member agencies to send their monthly articles on time, one by one, and not in bulk.
  • The duration and circumstances under which your article might be removed from our website may vary. Please see the terms and conditions about the lifespan of your published content.
  • Links

  • The keywords you use in your backlinks shouldn’t overlap with those that contain the following word clusters: “Agency, Firm, Service, Consultant, Industry, Company, Marketing, Advertising, Tools, Software,” as this might impact our website’s SEO negatively.
  • DAN Global has the right to remove anchor texts that are not in line with the SEO standards of the company. Please see the Terms and Conditions for further details.
  • You can add only one (no-follow) backlink in each article, which can only go to your agency website’s home page.
  • You can add external links to higher authority websites to support your arguments.
  • Sectoral statistics can support your arguments, but make sure to give external links to sites with high domain authority as a reference.
  • Please only promote your product. We do not accept links that have the purpose of promoting other products, brands, or services.
  • Press Releases and Case Studies

  • The length should be at least 400 words. To rank well, detail your case studies as much as possible. You must have a clear problem statement and describe the approach you used to overcome the challenges you presented to give your prospective clients an idea about how you tackle the problems.
  • Duplicate content is allowed for Press Releases and Case Studies that previously appeared on the agency’s web page.
  • If you have related case studies or news published previously on our website, you link those to increase the ranking of your post.
  • The text must be written from a third-person point of view.
  • We do not accept content written as mere opinion pieces in a narrative style. Please aim for a clear structure that helps the reader to follow your writing and learn from your article.
  • Images

  • Use high-quality images (.JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG) and explanatory videos to support your article’s main idea. It will help to increase your article’s visibility.
  • The size of the image should be 840×400 pixels and smaller than 70KB.
  • You can use one or more in-page images/videos within the article. However, keep in mind that not every image you submit will appear in your article due to space constraints and our strict policy regarding the quality of visuals.
  • Ensure you add an appropriate label and caption information containing the targeted keywords.
  • It is the author’s responsibility to secure the publishing rights to any charts, graphs or images submitted.
  • We only accept images that are licensed or that are created explicitly by the agency itself.
  • The images that are downloaded from royalty-free websites are not acceptable.
  • Please specify the source of the image at the end of the article.
  • Please do not use screenshots from Google Images to avoid copyright infringement.
