Description:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your core role will be to help your clients flourish online. Developing close relationships with your clients will enable you to truly understand their business and brand values and ensure they experience the full value CEEK has to offer. Managing a core client-base with varied levels of interaction, from project based work to full account management with daily actions. The sectors will include but will not be limited to luxury brands, restaurants, tech start-ups and interior design.Core Responsibilities:

You will be developing and delivering the strategy for our key client accounts- Develop and optimise client account strategies, leading the relationship through new projects and proposals
- Manage your account team to deliver the day-to-day running of a range of client accounts
- Lead the strategic development of a range of client accounts
- Build strong relationships with senior clients and colleagues to identify new opportunities
- Have in-depth marketing knowhow to deliver a range of projects from creative, design, web and production projects through to completion
- Analyse the performance of your campaigns, pin-point new opportunities, and facilitate change as a way to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, brands and target audiences
- Present to clients and prospects
- Introduce new ideas, techniques for the continued development of client strategy
- Introduce new technologies and ways of working - with a keen knowledge of market trends - to support internal growth and efficiency strategies
- Proactively use all tools and technologies at your disposal
- Identify and share industry updates, plus emerging tools and technologies
- Organically grow your client accounts’ revenue and profits to hit monthly targets
- Set monitor and report on client KPIs
Skills & Experience:
- Educated to degree level or higher
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a marketing agency (minimum 5 year as a Senior Account manager)
- 3 years’ management experience (essential)
- Proven track-record of mentoring junior team members
- In-depth knowledge of current marketing techniques, trends and technologies (Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing, is desirable)
- Proven track record of working to deadlines and budgets
- Proven track record of growing/winning business on large accounts
- Proven time management skills
- Strong project management skills and experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent presentation skills (internal and client)
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lead senior stakeholder relationships

Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join us in our fantastic Bristol office. We have a rapidly expanding client pool, and a growing team with client satisfaction at the core of what we do. This opportunity presents the leverage of a highly successful office that has been generating results for the last 15 years, with a strong foothold in the market, in order to increase revenue from our existing partnerships. Our team in Bristol is supportive, dedicated and focused. We collaborate across departments to upskill our team, uncover challenges from our clients and find the solutions. The Account Executive role will support the full cycle delivery of our digital media campaigns. This is a fast-paced role involving high levels of client communication (phone and video call based), internal coordination of key staff (Editorial, Digital, Creative) and first-class organisational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for a select group of clients across our web brands, coordinating closely with teams across our various offices and departments
- Take the lead on all client meetings through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls and campaign launches through to progress checks and reports, leading up to campaign renewals
- Actively contribute to overall quarterly team targets and increase conversion rates in line with personal targets
- Work closely within our KL/KTM based production, digital, creative and editorial staff on client requirements
- Understand client needs in detail, and have ability to find solutions to their challenges
- Identify opportunities during the campaign lifecycle for upselling, cross-selling or renewing partnership before campaign has come to an end
- Establishing opportunities for larger pitches in collaboration with Account Director
- Establish strong relationships with clients and develop a pipeline of accounts
- Provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client calls
- Manage coordination with our digital, editorial and creative teams to deliver content and hit our KPIs for each campaign & complete client reports
- Identifying bottlenecks and obstacles, working on solutions
- Maintaining communication with clients after campaigns finish, to ensure they return as a client
Requirements:
- Proactive, positive attitude with ability to use initiative
- Passionate about expanding, upselling and growing relationships into key accounts, and experience of managing clients through this process
- Phone/video call based client service experience from a similar role
- Eager to learn and develop skillset while supporting our world-class account management team
- Ability to handle multiple accounts with attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction
- A background in account management or client facing services is preferable
- Target driven coupled with problem solving skills to handle challenging situations and conversations
- Can-do attitude and energy that aligns with Hybrid’s growth ambitions
- Highly personable and able to build a rapport with clients and colleagues quickly in a professional manner
- Keeps calm and delivers to high standards under pressure
- Ideally a relevant qualification within marketing/ advertising, however not a must as product and industry training will be provided
