About the role:

We're looking for a Javascript developer who is passionate about all things app & web and taking a human-first approach to digital products. In this role, you should be excited to dig deep into new platforms and grow alongside the company. You will be involved at every stage of the product development for both client & internal projects. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a creative problem solver and always looking to make improvements. Experience working on production apps is advantageous but not essential. Our stack currently ranges from React (/Native), Next, Nuxt, supporting and integrating platforms like Prismic, Storyblok, and Shopify. Use of AI for coding purpose is welcomed although we value a considered and deep understanding of the code being produced. We value independent thinking, whilst using AI to augment the development process. We're a small, friendly team and so finding culture fit is super important to the role.

The role is best suited for someone who has worked within a marketing agency specialising in Digital Marketing. What You’ll Do:

This role will require you to manage Client Marketing Campaigns and accounts for our clients. It will see you building and maintaining exciting relationships with our clients and working towards organic search goals. You will develop, support and implement marketing strategies for our clients, setting and working to clearly defined KPIs for each project. You will work closely with our team to create custom reports for our clients, keeping your clients up to date with your work and the latest market trends.

Your Day To Day:

  • Work alongside our SEO team to support client activity
  • Complete detailed technical site audits, keyword research and backlink analysis
  • Create engaging content for a diverse range of clients, including blog posts, guest posts, on-page content and organic social copy and graphics
  • Work with our website development team in the creation of content and in developing SEO-optimised websites
  • Familiarise yourself with the brand ideals and digital platforms to create content that extends the reach of marketing campaigns
  • Regularly update client websites and stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and digital marketing in general
  • Research topics, so the content contains timely and accurate information and follows SEO best practices
  • Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Analyse data and campaigns
  • Carry out Social Media Audits
  • Monitor and report on existing content performance

Knowledge And Experience:

  • Experience in writing engaging content
  • Keyword research
  • Content development and optimisation
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • In-depth reporting and analysis
  • Excellent Organisational skills
