So well, in fact, that we’re getting a little swamped. There’s only one solution. We’re hiring a Design Director.

• You’re equally at home with all kinds of digital experiences, but you excel in web design and delightful UX
• You’re enthusiastic about tech. Most of our clients are B2B tech companies, so that’s useful
• You’re ambitious, and eager to build something great with us
• You’re not perfect. That’s okay, nobody is. But you’re extremely good at what you do. Your taste is unerring, and your aesthetic is flawless
• You’ve got your act together. You may be a creative spirit, but you dot the i’s, cross the t’s and do what you said you would, when you said you would
• You may not code, but you understand how developers bring your designs to life

Let’s talk about you. We're looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our retainer team, where you'll serve as a creative powerhouse for our ongoing creative partnerships with clients. You’ll be working across brand, web, motion and print.

Being a Digital Designer means:

• You’re versatile in design, comfortable across multiple disciplines. From decks and social media assets to ad creative, sales materials, web pages, and beyond
• You love building and evolving brands over time — shaping ideas into lasting experiences through ongoing creative partnerships
• You’ve got a solid foundation in marketing. In other words, your creative work is always purposeful, impactful, and aligned with strategy
• You’re adept at managing your time efficiently to meet both our high standards and the needs of our clients
• You bring strong opinions to the table, proactively developing solutions rather than simply reacting to challenges
• You’re a proactive communicator and organiser who efficiently manages their day, asks insightful questions, and confidently presents ideas to clients (all while coordinating effectively with the team)
• You have a sharp eye for exceptional design and aren’t afraid to advocate for what truly stands out

Plus, you:

• Bring 3+ years of experience in an agency environment (ideally)
• Are proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Slides
• Are interested in animating in After Effects or Rive (even if you don’t know how)
• Have knowledge of generative AI tools and prompting (this would be a bonus)
