Description:
This role is perfect if you’re passionate about email marketing and skilled with Klaviyo (or another relevant ESP). You are eager to learn, have a good sense of technology, logic, and data, and you like to keep raising the bar to improve engagement and sales for your clients. When your campaigns lead to great results and a happy client, you know it has been a successful week.You:
- Have +3 years of experience with email marketing, preferably with a focus on Klaviyo or e-commerce
- Have a proven email marketing track record
- Have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and compliance
- Have an eye for design and are familiar with translating brand guidelines into a pixel-perfect email design
- Work very accurately, with attention to detail and a commitment to deliver high-quality work
- Have experience with A/B testing and email, campaign and flow optimization
- Have analytical skills and can interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Can work independently on multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Dutch and English (Do you match all other criteria but do not speak Dutch? Please still apply)
- Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent to this
- Are available to work 32-40 hours per week
Bonus points if:
- You are familiar with SMS marketing and integrating it with Klaviyo
- You have technical skills and will not shy away from (learning) a little HTML / CSS
- You have experience in copywriting (Dutch/English)
- You have Klaviyo certifications that demonstrate your expertise
- You have knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and RFM models
- You have experience with Shopify or another E-Commerce platform

You map out the client's IT landscape and, after consulting with our developers, provide advice on technical solutions for the webshop. This Discovery phase has two key objectives. First, it ensures that our clients have a realistic understanding of the delivered functionality and the investment involved. Second, your blueprint serves as a roadmap, allowing our teams to complete projects on time and within budget.About you:
- You enjoy taking the lead in conversations and know how to ask the right questions
- You quickly identify the pain points and needs of leads and translate them into the best e-commerce solution
- You think outside the box—where others see no answer, you come up with creative, unconventional solutions
- When you spot an opportunity or risk, you collaborate with the commercial team to turn it into value for our clients
- You have strong analytical skills—you’re a true problem solver!
- You have exceptional social skills, thrive in a team, and have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
You:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry
- You are familiar with technologies such as headless commerce and Shopify Commerce Components and stay up to date with technical developments and innovations in the e-commerce industry
- You are a Shopify (apps) expert and have knowledge of Enterprise SaaS software
- You are familiar with common systems such as ERP, WMS/OMS, PIM, CMS, and CDP
- You have a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) level of thinking and working
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch and can present convincingly
Bonus points when you:
- You have experience with other e-commerce platforms
- You have knowledge of web development: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and APIs
- You have knowledge of low-code development and integration platforms

Senior Node.js Developer

As a Senior Node.js Developer at Code, you will take technical ownership of the products you work on, ensuring high-quality development and implementation. Your primary focus will be on Node.js, with occasional work involving React. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple products, particularly SaaS solutions, and projects hosted on GCP and gadget.dev.You will work on a variety of projects, including:
- Returner: Our own exchange-first high-volume returns solution for Shopify
- Shopify Checkout Extensions: Custom solutions for shipping rules, payment options, and additional validations in the checkout
- Shopify Functions: Implement personalized B2B pricing logic based on complex rule sets
- Custom Apps: Develop additional frontend functionality, such as recommendation apps or wishlists
- PIM Connectors: Sync multilingual data from a PIM system to Shopify
About you:
- You have a deep understanding of Node.js and are proficient in TypeScript, enabling you to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- You have hands-on experience with GraphQL, allowing you to build flexible and scalable APIs
- You are experienced in serverless programming, which makes your work more efficient and enjoyable. Experience with GCP is a significant advantage, and you’re familiar
- with leveraging cloud services for building and deploying applications
- You possess strong analytical skills
- You can tackle problems independently
- While your primary focus is on backend development, you have a basic understanding of ReactJS for occasional frontend tasks.
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English
- You have an HBO or WO level of thinking and working
- You are available 32-40 hours per week

Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years agency-side project management experience, overseeing projects through full-cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional languages are appreciated! German is a big plus!

- A good commercial awareness and drive
- Analytical skills, Action oriented
