- Proficiency to identify and research target prospects, uncover opportunities, and facilitate the entire sales process from first contact to close of deal
- Contact businesses to qualify sales leads that are self generated, as well as generated via our website, direct marketing campaigns and a variety of other marketing-related lead sources
- Deliver and explain eDesign services to the decision makers who will influence or make the buying decisions
- Ability to control client relationships and ensure that accounts run smoothly
- Ability to play a key role in the delivery of creative and strategic presentations and meetings, including pitch meetings
- Obtain relevant customer information along with background information and enter leads into CRM
- Adjust and improve tactics to better engage with prospects and target the needs and interests of individuals
- Nurture and manage a sales pipeline in CRM software and follow up with prospects that have interest eDesign’s solutions
- Work closely with the leadership and delivery teams to transition qualified leads into the sales process
- Proven results in consultative complex sales of marketing services, with annual quotas of $1 mill+
- Experience with successful client relationship management as well as uncovering upsell opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of business development experience
- 5 years of professional agency experience in new business sales, with proficiency in speaking about web design, branding, digital marketing, CMS solutions and other general MarTech services
- Roster of top mid-sized and large company clients preferred
- Technical marketing knowledge a plus
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant sales software such as CRM, Sales Navigator and more

- Be the account lead and consultant for a portfolio of client accounts

- Finding opportunities for renewals, upsell and cross-sells
What we need:
- 2- 3 years of agency experience in managing campaigns across multiple industries and market segments, with SEO fundamental knowledge
- Good knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and popular research Tools such as AHREFS, SimilarWeb, SEMrush and many more!
- Client servicing role in prior career will be an added advantage
- Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work
- An experienced SEO & SEM Campaign Manager with SEO & PPC knowledge (AdWords, FB Business Manager & etc) is a plus

- Daily Bookkeeping (AP & AR):
- Perform daily transaction reconciliation for Aspire & AMEX accounts, including attaching receipts
- Prepare AP bill submissions for approval
- Reconcile PayPal daily transactions
- Check Grab transportation expenses daily
- Update payment receipts daily, including reconciling DBS transactions
- Daily SENTR Monitoring: (Training Required after onboarding– Internal CRM System)
- Monitor SENTR status daily, manage expired campaigns, and update the campaign status change schedule in Monday.com
- Daily Client Interaction:
- Read and reply to finance-related emails daily, highlighting important emails for follow-up to HOD
- Make calls to clients based on Ezycollect call lists and record interactions in Monday.com
- Daily Media Budget Spend Monitoring:
- Conduct daily monitoring of the media budget for FPDCL and update the media budget tracking report
- Update Xero AM and SM daily based on campaign status, exit clauses, changes of AM, and changes of PIC
- Adhoc General Ledger Transactions Support:
- Assist with invoicing, revenue recognition, payables/payments, fixed assets, and other general ledger transactions as when required
- Other Adhoc tasks assigned by HOD
- Adhoc Office Administration Support:
- Assist with the company’s office administration tasks as when receptionist on leave, including picking up the incoming call
- Learning and Development:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of full-set accounts through hands-on experience and training
- Strengthen internal control processes through constant monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

We are looking for a Growth Strategist to join our team. You will act as a CMO for some of our key clients. You must have a Growth Marketing background and have the right mix of analytical, creative and strategy chops in your DNA. - Act as an on-demand CMO for some of our key brands
- Own brand goals and growth metrics and report back on the client's/account business growth

You Have:
- A growth marketing superstar with 5+ years of proven experience in digital, performance marketing & product growth (experience in D2C or B2B Saas is a major plus)
- 2+ years experience managing a team
- Have owned full acquisition, demand, or lead generation funnel and reported back on performance
- Strong experience with top-of-funnel and bottom of funnel (required to have experience in both)
- Experience in owning 3rd party relationships and presenting results to business partners at all levels
- Able to lead marketing campaigns end-to-end, own successes and learnings, and report back on strategic growth metrics
- Tech and data-savvy with the ability to jump into Web Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Data Visualization Platforms (such as Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc) or even Excel and communicate a story with sound data
- Have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Have proven experience and a solid track record in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads (must have managed big budgets)
- Strong Project Management background is a major requirement
- Marketing automation experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce
