Description:
Damteq is looking for an Junior Web Support Technician to join their team.
Duties:
- Carry out Plugin updates for our marketing and support clients
- Execute site health checks for marketing and support clients
- Continuously maintain a list of client hosting
- Maintain audits of plugins and subscriptions and follow internal processes to ensure these are billed correctly
- Assist the Web Support Technician in completing monthly reports for our support clients
- Pick up internal IT or website issues and escalate where required
- Action minor content or design changes for clients
- Keep track of hours spent on clients within our internal time-tracking system
- Assist in creating guides to be used internally and externally
- Help manage SSL certificates for our clients

Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience
- Solid level of IT skills
- Experience working on websites (ideally WordPress)
- Some programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Experience working in a fast, dynamic environment
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and literacy skills
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
