Description:

Damteq is looking for an Junior Web Support Technician to join their team.

Duties:

• Carry out Plugin updates for our marketing and support clients
• Execute site health checks for marketing and support clients
• Continuously maintain a list of client hosting
• Maintain audits of plugins and subscriptions and follow internal processes to ensure these are billed correctly
• Assist the Web Support Technician in completing monthly reports for our support clients
• Pick up internal IT or website issues and escalate where required
• Action minor content or design changes for clients
• Keep track of hours spent on clients within our internal time-tracking system
• Assist in creating guides to be used internally and externally
• Help manage SSL certificates for our clients

Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience

• Solid level of IT skills
• Experience working on websites (ideally WordPress)
• Some programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Experience working in a fast, dynamic environment
• Excellent Organisational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and literacy skills
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
