Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build and maintain successful client relationships
• Day-to-day project delivery
• Developing and leading pitches
• Create and present Plans of Approach, planning and budget
• Upselling of services to existing clients
• Resource planning of projects in the agency planning tool
• Constantly review and improve agency processes towards optimal quality, profitability and fun

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years agency-side project management experience, overseeing projects through full-cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Additional languages are appreciated! German is a big plus!
• Confident presenter and highly skilled in creating presentations
• A good commercial awareness and drive
• Analytical skills, Action oriented
