We are a full-service digital agency, offering clients everything from maintenance to custom ecommerce B2C/B2B websites, complex integrations and digital transformation solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include but will not limited to:

• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of digital projects on scope, cost and schedule
• Work alongside a dynamic group of individuals to produce actual, impactful results for our clients
• Maintain excellent relationship with key client stakeholders
• Look for the opportunities to grow assigned accounts
• Be a catalyst to ensure every team member is performing to their utmost potential

Essential Requirements:

• 3-4 years working in Digital Project Manager or similar role, preferably at a digital agency
• Strong digital project delivery experience across different digital platforms like BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopify Plus etc.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and customer facing digital platforms
• Strong communication & presentation skills; and ability to influence outcomes
• Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
