Independent Growth Marketing Agency Damteq Makes a Seven-Figure Investment in a Headquarters of Its Own
While many agencies consolidate into groups, Hampshire’s Damteq has bought a whole 5,100 sq ft building and fitted it out as a best-in-class workplace for its team and clients.
Damteq has bought the entire building at 1590 Parkway in Whiteley, Hampshire, and has opened it as its new headquarters. The independent growth agency has made a seven-figure investment in the building and its fitout, the largest in its twenty-year history.

Owning the Building, not Renting a Floor
Most agencies of Damteq’s size rent their space, and many have been absorbed into larger groups. Damteq has done neither. The purchase of 1590 Parkway was completed on 22 May 2026, and the business bought the entire building rather than a floor or a suite.
The building offers 5,100 sq ft across two floors. That is almost double the 2,700 sq ft of rented serviced space that the 30-strong team worked from before. They moved in on 14 September, after a fitout was completed in under four months.
Plenty of agencies our size have either sold or are renting space they will outgrow,” said Adam Smith, Founder and CEO. “We wanted to make a different kind of statement. Buying the whole building gives us control over how we work, how we grow and how we look after our people. It is the clearest way we know to show clients and staff that this business will remain independent in the long term. We have created a showcase space which highlights our continued vision of what a best-in class workplace should feel like. We feel this is the benchmark for an agency built for the future of marketing.
A Workplace Built Around Delivery, Culture and Workplace Wellbeing
The fitout was designed around how agency work actually happens. The building has multiple high-specification meeting spaces of varying sizes for everything from quick catch-ups to full-day client workshops. It also has two top-of-the-range kitchens, multiple open-plan areas, a dedicated work floor for focused specialist delivery and a separate executive office.
On the roof, 62 solar panels met 92% of the building’s energy needs in its first month, aligning with the company’s long-term sustainability commitments.
The building has room for the team to grow past 40, with continued hiring planned across SEO, paid media, web, UX and business growth. Smith stated:
Our ambitions had outpaced our space for a while. Now we can hire around the work rather than around the walls.

The HQ as Part of the Growth Model
The move follows Damteq’s repositioning from marketing agency to growth agency. Its Growth Ecosystem is sold as “your growth and marketing team, on one monthly plan”, with a client service manager as standard. It is built around three layers: Direction, Delivery and Visibility. Smith said:
Growing a business needs three things: someone senior to own it, specialists to deliver it, and regular reviews to refine it. Most businesses buy those in three different places or go without two of them. We have built all three under one roof.
Around 70% of Damteq’s clients already employ an in-house marketer, so the model is designed to support that person rather than replace them. Damteq still sells single services, but encourages clients onto the Growth Ecosystem first.
Damteq sees the new headquarters as part of that offer. The building, the agency’s own software and its best-in-class standard for delivery form the engine around the client offer. The software includes its own CRM and Supportal, a client support system. Smith added:
Clients trust us with their growth, so they are entitled to expect we have done that work on ourselves first. This building is us practising what we sell. We are a growth agency, and this is us proving we can grow ourselves.
