OVERVIEW
When we began working with Luminette, they already had a program in place, but they recognized the significant potential for expansion. Their team quickly realized the substantial effort required to maintain and expand the program, which prompted them to seek our assistance.
As a first step, we revamped and optimized the in-house program and ShareASale account, automating them as much as possible, and then focused on growing both accounts simultaneously. The program showed significant growth within the first few months of our collaboration and continues to grow rapidly.
GOAL
To recruit elite influencers who produce high-quality content showcasing Luminette products, thereby expanding the in-house affiliate program, elevating brand awareness, and launching a ShareASale network program to tap into a vast array of seasoned publishers, ultimately maximizing revenue.
KPIs
Our Strategy focused on engaging high-quality content creators, mostly in the wellness space, who have built strong communities through social media, as well as top-performing network publishers, to promote Luminette. We tailored the affiliate offering to ensure partner satisfaction and competitiveness.
RESULTS
Since launch, we have recruited 200 new affiliates, between influencers for the in-house program and publishers on the ShareAsale network. To date, both programs have collectively generated over $35,000 during the low season, and over $100,000 during the high winter season.

OVERVIEW
We launched Click and Grow’s affiliate program in May 2021 and ran it until February 2024. We rose to the challenge of building and growing a full in-house program capable of managing 5 Shopify stores from one single dashboard.
We designed every aspect of the program from scratch, from setting up the affiliate platform, bonus structure, and targeting strategy to creating a branded landing page, marketing materials, and automatic onboarding system, as well as building a partner community.
GOAL
Open a successful new revenue source. Increase brand awareness in 5 geographic market areas.
KPIs
Onboarded 122 active influencers in the first 2 months and established a steady monthly flow of high-quality content (social media posts, blog articles, and YouTube videos).
We reached $20k in sales in the first 6 months and onboarded over 200 affiliates.
Since its launch, the program has been rapidly growing. We have brought in many big publishers and great sponsorship opportunities that have allowed us to triple the monthly sales.
In 2023, the annual sales revenue saw a 187% increase, jumping to $350,000 from $187,000 in 2022.
RESULTS
The program demonstrated early results and fast growth, reaching $350k affiliate sales revenue from 800 partners in 2023.
