Y Media Labs created a new app for The Home Depot, that puts control and convenience in the customers’ hands.

The Home Depot – the largest home improvement retailer in the United States came to Y Media Labs for a user-friendly and engaging mobile app.

An ultimate power tool

They needed to improve the browse experience in order to increase conversions. Also, they wanted to land their users on a product detail page to increase the chances of making a purchase.

So, the Silicon Valley-headquartered agency created a best-in-class digital experience for their client.

 

 


Designed for scale

So, YML created a vast library of components that delivered a consistent experience on mobile, and on the web by using a card-based design system.

Finally, mobile sales doubled in the first year, propelling the client’s mobile experience to be best-in-class in Forrester’s Retail Wave in 2017 and 2018.
