To promote its new product HomePod, Apple has finally released a new ad, taking its audience to a new adventure with Spike Jonze and FKA Twigs.
Curated by Apple Music with an assist from Siri, Homepod is called as “the new sound of home” by the company.
In the psychedelic spot from 48-year-old Oscar winner, Her director Spike Jonze, we see FKA Twigs coming home after an exhausting day and saying “Hey Siri, play me something I like”.
Along with Siri’s respond, “okay”, Twigs jumps into another world and beautifully dances accompanied by a song from Grammy-nominated rapper Anderson .Paak. While she dances in the colourful parallel world full of lights, she sees her reflection and they continue to dance together on another platform.
Afterwards, she finds herself back on where everything starts; on her coach. There may not be any change physically but she seems she relieved and enjoyed with her own company with also feeling less lonely.
Here you can watch the video:
We’re not sure if Apple’s HomePod will bring huge revenue to the company but it’s obvious that the psychedelic online ad has caught the audience with its emotional insight.
Don’t we all want to relax and have some fun to get rid of our stressful and monotonous lives when we come home in the end?
