Self-Serve Advertising Platform “Spotify Ad Studio” Is Now In The UK And Canada

Spotify launched its self-serve advertising platform, Spotify Ad Studio, last year in the US and the company has just announced the platform’s expansion to the UK and Canada.

The aim of Spotify Ad Studio is to make things easier for marketing professionals to create audio ads on its platform and provide them an effective connection with existing Spotify audience.

As far as the platform has been experienced by US businesses and agencies, the results seem positive and the companies could reach their target audience in the right moment.

Morgan Wright, marketer at Greater Cleveland Aquarium, and also one of Spotify Ad Studio’s US launch partner, said:

When we ran our Spotify Ad Studio campaign, we saw ticket sales double in one week. We could tie that increase directly to the Spotify ad.

According to the press release shared on Spotify’s official website, what make Spotify Ad Studio so effective for advertisers are Spotify’s distinct capabilities such us their streaming intelligence and the unique power of audio.

Streaming allows advertisers to reach their audience using specific data. Thus, marketers of all sizes are able to target their audience based on their age, gender and location as well as their favorite genres and playlists.

Recently, the company has been working with partners in a closed beta to test the Spotify Ad Studio in the UK and Canada. Spotify Ad Studio made the ad creation process as simple as it can be with easy script sharing, and background track picking.

After the background picking, marketers receive a fully-produced audio ad in order to review and can complete it with a recorded voiceover. On the other hand, if businesses already have their audio ad, they just need to upload it and both processes require no cost.
