MaxAudience Helps Brand Increase Reach, Impressions, and Conversions

The Challenge

Leading the way in mental and emotional healing and wellness, Organic Intelligence has been giving clients and therapists a new perspective and lease on life over the last 20 years.

Organic Intelligence services provide opportunities for leadership development in the field of coaching and therapy. They have several courses including the End of Trauma Course (EOTC) and PTSD that they needed to generate interest in and improve the number of registrations.

That is when they approached digital marketing agency MaxAudience to help them improve their traffic, brand recognition, and conversions for the online courses.

Project Overview

The overall strategy that was designed was to focus on generating more leads and creating interest in the brand.

The immediate goal was to focus on generating interest in the upcoming course and to get the contact information to create an email marketing campaign for future courses as well.

Implementing Strategy

MaxAudience decided that a limited time offer campaign with an in-Facebook Lead form would be the best strategy to increase conversion rates. As the topic is ending trauma and it is a virtual program it is relevant in any geographical area, so we focused on international and U.S. campaigns.

Facebook Lead Ads allow you to find people that may be interested in your products or services and collect information from them. It is different than a traditional lead generation strategy that takes the prospect to a separate landing page. The Facebook lead ads do most of the work filling out the contact forms, so people are more likely to complete them, preventing drop-off.

Since Organic Intelligence has several courses that they offer over the year, MaxAudience decided that a social media strategy that has a retargeting ad feature would be beneficial over time. Once a potential client has filled out the form, they will be able to retarget them with relevant ads based on their actions. It is a way to stay top of mind for future courses.

The Results

The End of Trauma Facebook Lead Ads ran over 8 days. The overall reach was 119,104 people and 280,128 impressions. Within the U.S. it reached 2,025 individuals and 3,169 impressions while international it reached 116,992 and 276,959 impressions. Not only did Organic Intelligence have a course with a wide range of individuals from all over the world, but it also has increased their lead generation list so that they have a larger audience to send emails and retargeting ads for future courses and programs.
