Created by Y&R Sydney, Deloitte’s new campaign “Many Voices, One Song” celebrates diversity.
Together with Y&R Sydney, Deloitte Australia has launched a new campaign to raise awareness about diversity and point out the importance of inclusion. The campaign features Melbourne community performance group, THE CHO!R, as well as Deloitte’s own employees.
It’s shared on the company’s official website that, being inclusive of all people, regardless of their sexuality, gender identity or any other form of diversity makes the company more unified as a Firm so that they can continue to make an impact that matters for their clients, their people, their communities, and society as a whole.
The company highlights everyone has a voice that deserves to be heard.
Deloitte CMO, Matt McGrath, said:
It has been very exciting to do something that’s really fresh and different. Deloitte is one of Australia’s most innovative businesses, we always want to push boundaries and we believe this film says something new and different and that it will resonate with all Australians.
Margaret Dreyer, senior partner and Deloitte’s national diversity and inclusion leader added:
It is our firm belief that our values of respect and inclusion enable us to deliver the very best solutions to solve our clients’ most complex issues.
Directed by Youness Benali from The Sweetshop, the campaign video invites people to stop and “listen to a voice we haven’t heard before”.
Youness Benali, shared:
I’m a Swedish man, raised in Stockholm, but I’m not blonde and my eyes aren’t blue. I don’t look like the stereotypical Swede, because I was born to Moroccan parents. Diversity has always been at the center of my life and I offer my utmost respect to Deloitte for championing and shining light on the huge importance of diversity.
The campaign will be drawing attention to Deloitte’s ability to help other businesses meet their needs in terms of diversity, inclusion and leadership.
