What you’ll do:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with experience in spatial computing. This role involves designing user interfaces for XR applications and conducting user research to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Some specifics:

• Tier 1 Hard Skills: 3-D Modeling, Mixed Reality Design, Animation, Website Design, App Design
  • Experience with spatial computing interfaces and ShapesXR
  • Experience with Meta or Apple XR devices (owning one is a plus)
• Tier 2 Hard Skills:, Logo Design, Branding, Deck Design, Photography, Packaging, Print, Illustration
• Tier 3 Hard Skills: Copywriting, Social Content, Film & video, Art Direction
• Soft Skills: Collaborative, Concise, Efficient, Initiative, Team-Player
• Past Experience: Demonstrates an expert level of the required Skills

Create

• Interface design for websites and apps for all project types
• 3D modeling for all project types
• Mixed Reality design for L+R’s emerging Spatial Computing offering

Collaborate

• Provide feedback in reviews and contribute to strategic brainstorm sessions
• Iterate on existing designs, applying systems in innovative ways
• Empower junior design team members to internalize and leverage your brand bibles to apply and extend your design systems

Contribute

• To team-based strategy, branding, and product brainstorming sessions
• High value to sprint meetings, driving design direction
• And solicit honest, meaningful feedback to/from your L+R team members
• To the design team’s day to day practice of cultivating creative inspiration
