• This role would suit someone who is currently a SAM
• Previous experience in a digital agency environment is a must!

• Positive personality and an articulate communicator

• Experience of managing international clients would be a bonus

Role & Responsibilites:

As a confident SAM with experience of managing clients and teams both in the UK you will:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our client’s businesses, customers, markets and competitors, plus an understanding of the client’s internal issues, processes and policies
• Drive client strategy across a set portfolio of accounts, both in the UK and internationally
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate and build relationships with senior level client stakeholders
• Demonstrate ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver clients requirements: both internal and external
• Proactively manage direct lines both upwardly and downwards and ensure visibility of work and priorities at all times
• Responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of service to retain and grow all customer accounts, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members and ensuring the agency has the correct level of skills to grow the account
• Identify and establish processes to ensure maximum (operational) efficiency within the portfolio of accounts
• Be able to dissect a brief, understand the insight and lead the creative or strategic process, driving the creative brief and client presentation
• Work with the AD, to actively propose and help implement new and innovative strategies to meet and exceed the department’s overall revenue and profit targets
• Identify, propose and lead new business and revenue opportunities
• Demonstrate understanding of all financial workings for the portfolio of accounts from client budgets, billing to forecasting, resource allocation and burn reports and understand the impact of these within the agency (P&L, team growth etc.)
