Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Project Manager to join our innovative B2B digital marketing agency, Fifty Five and Five.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing, design, and content projects for high-profile clients like Microsoft and Tata Consultancy Services. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Requirements:

• 2 years of project management experience in a digital agency or marketing environment
• Proven experience in delivering marketing, design, and content projects, with an understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, especially in managing client relationships and leading meetings with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and software
• Experience in budgeting and managing project profitability
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Duties:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans using Agile methodologies to ensure clear communication of deliverables and timelines across all stakeholders
• Lead project kick-offs, coordinate sprint planning, and monitor project progress to ensure everything stays on track
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Manage project budgets, monitor profitability, and escalate issues when necessary to meet financial goals
• Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture key learnings and improve future project delivery
