Salary: £40,000 – £47,500 – (Hybrid Working)
About Us:
We’re The Good Marketer, a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency championing ambitious SMEs. We are looking to add a seasoned PPC expert to our team. You’ll elevate our campaigns and become our go-to strategist, driving exceptional results for our diverse B2B, D2C, and B2B clientele.
Your Role as our new PPC Manager:
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact PPC strategies across multiple client accounts
- Oversee campaign optimization, analysis, and reporting, delivering actionable insights
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for our clients
- Mentor and guide junior PPC team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
- Utilise advanced PPC techniques, staying on the cutting edge of industry trends
- Collaborate with other teams to create integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns

We’re looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and, ideally, strong knowledge of at least one other relevant PPC platform, such as Meta
- An interest in other PPC platforms also such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and/or YouTube etc
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- A strong understanding of conversion tracking and digital marketing best practices
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to lead a small team as their line manager where they may not be part of the PPC team
